I have lived in Mt Evelyn for 23 years, married to Michele for 25 years. I have a son Tom, 22, and daughter Kathleen, 20, who attended our local schools. For many years I ran my own small business.

I have been involved in many Community groups including METIC, MEEPPA, Friends (if Mt Evelyn Aqueduct. I am a member of the Sustainable Living Foundation, and have been instrumental in organising the Mt Evelyn Federation Festival 2001, Mt. Evelyn's first ever street party.

I dearly love to connect with people of all ages and have enjoyed this in my work as your Councillor for the last three years, and as Mayor in 2007 and 2008.

I have strong family and community values and care about the environment and natural heritage.
